This statement concerns the Atlas OS website. Atlas OS is a product of EasyCompany. The use of an Atlas OS instance is governed by the contractual agreements with EasySystems GmbH as the operator.

Cookie consent

This website shows a cookie banner on your first visit. All non-essential categories are declined by default; without your consent we set no third-party cookies and do not measure your behaviour. This is separate from the first-party cookie for referral links, which is described further below. Using the link in the footer of the page, you can adjust or withdraw your consent at any time.

Fonts

The fonts of this website are held on our own server. No request goes to Google Fonts or any other service, and your IP address is not passed on to anyone for that purpose.

Website analytics with Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-75F5QP1M75) to measure how this website is used: which pages are opened, how long a visit lasts, which channel it came from, and whether it led to an order. This shows us which content helps and which we need to revise.

Google Analytics only starts once you accept the “Analytics” category in the cookie banner. Until then, no script from Google is loaded and your IP address does not reach Google.

After you give your consent, Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and transmits usage data to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; processing by Google LLC in the USA is possible in that context. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. We do not use advertising features and do not combine the data with other sources.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link (“Cookie-Einstellungen”) in the footer of the page. Google's information on data processing: policies.google.com/privacy.

Referral and campaign links

If you reached this website through a referral or campaign link, the address contains a short code (ref for a person, c for a channel). We store this code for 30 days in a cookie on your device and pass it on to the order page when you move there. This allows an order to be attributed to the referral it came from.

Only this code is stored, no identifier relating to you and no profile. The cookie is a first-party cookie; nobody outside EasySystems GmbH reads it. Without such a link it is not set at all. You can delete it in your browser at any time; the website then works just as before.

Technically necessary data

Operating the website may produce server logs (e.g. IP address, time stamp, URL called up) for a short time. They serve security and troubleshooting purposes.

Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us, we process the data you provide solely in order to deal with your enquiry and do not pass it on to third parties.
