Atlas OS is an AI operating system for companies, built for Swiss SMEs. Every company gets its own instance on the EasySystems Marketplace in Switzerland, operated by EasySystems GmbH in Oensingen, and every person gets their own account. Atlas works with Microsoft 365, bexio, Google Drive or the file server in your own building. What Atlas does in everyday office work is set out under Features.
A place normally costs CHF 2'400 per year, which is CHF 200 per person per month. Pay for one of places 1–250 in the Pre-Sale and you pay CHF 1'200 per year, at every renewal too, as long as you pay the licence yearly in advance. The number becomes final with the paid invoice.

The three tiers
The places are numbered consecutively. The number stays, and it sets the price in the first year and at every renewal. Both Pre-Sale tiers require yearly payment in advance. All amounts excl. 8.1% VAT.

The split follows the place number, with no rounding: if 10 Lifetime places are still free and you order 50, you get 10 Lifetime places and 40 First-year places. You see this split and the amount before you place a binding order.

Without yearly prepayment
Atlas is also available monthly: CHF 190 per person per month, 5% below the list price, with a minimum term of 12 months. We invoice the first month with the order and monthly after that; the licence goes live once the first invoice is paid. The monthly plan takes up no Pre-Sale place. A permanent discount and reservations are available only against yearly prepayment.
Process
On the order page you choose the number of places, any expansion places and the setup package. Submitting reserves the places for 24 hours; the order becomes binding only at the next step.
You see the amount, worked out from the places actually reserved, together with the split across the tiers, and confirm with “Order with obligation to pay”. If you do not confirm within 24 hours, the places are released again and you enter the order afresh if you still want it.
The invoice comes by email from our invoicing system, with a QR bill, payable within 5 days. Only the incoming payment makes the number and the terms final.
Within 10 days of the order someone from us gets in touch and sets the project up: systems, people and setup package. We do not wait for the paid invoice to do that.
Rollouts start from mid-October 2026, in the order in which orders were paid; there is no fixed date per customer. At the first start each person connects their AI subscription and has a short opening conversation with Atlas.
Reservation
If it is still open how many people will work with Atlas, you reserve extra places on today's terms. An example: you order 4 places and reserve 2 more. The 4 are yearly licences at the price of their tier. The 2 cost a one-off CHF 300 each (places 1–250) or CHF 360 (places 251–1'000) and take their number straight away.
Call up an expansion place and we credit the fee in full against its first yearly invoice; a Lifetime place then costs CHF 900. Never call it up and the fee lapses without refund. There is no deadline for calling one up. You can reserve at most half as many places as you order, rounded down: 1 place allows no reservation, 2 allow 1, 10 allow 5.
Packages
The setup packages cost a one-off amount on top of the licence, excl. VAT. The Atlas OS e-learning is included with every order, with access before the rollout. Connections to systems Atlas does not know yet are quoted in advance on a time and materials basis.

The table leaves out the one-off setup and your AI subscription, and assumes you keep paying the licence yearly in advance and that the list price stays the same. A Lifetime place costs CHF 100 a month. At a fully loaded hourly rate of CHF 80 for an office workstation, as a worked example that is a good hour a month, around 20 minutes a week.
Security review
Atlas works in your systems. The detailed version for your security review is under Security.
Atlas OS runs exclusively on the EasySystems Marketplace in Switzerland: one container per company, separate from every other customer.
The instance runs in Switzerland. The language model runs at the provider of the subscription that each person connects themselves, under the contract between that person and the provider.
Atlas reaches your company network only through the on-prem proxy, a small program for Windows, macOS or Linux, and only in the folders you share. The connection goes outward only: no open port, no VPN. The default is read access; write rights are granted by whoever looks after the machine, and a local log records what happens.
Atlas has its own accounts with email and password; a sign-in via Microsoft SSO is planned. When someone leaves the company, your administration blocks or removes the account by hand. We sign a data processing agreement on request (general terms, clause 19 lit. c), and you can ask for your data back at any time (clause 19 lit. d).

Each person needs their own subscription with Claude (Claude Code), ChatGPT (Codex) or Cursor, and a browser. Access to the systems you want to connect is authorised by each person themselves. For folders on your own server the on-prem proxy comes on top, a small program with no open port and no VPN.
Call before you order and we will go through your systems with you. You can start with a single place and Self-Setup, that is a yearly licence without a setup package. There is no refund.
No. Each person pays the subscription to the provider; that is also where the language model does its processing.
