AI assistant for Microsoft 365, bexio and your own server
Atlas OS is an AI assistant that works inside your Microsoft 365, in bexio and on your own server. Every company gets its own instance, operated in Switzerland by EasySystems GmbH in Oensingen. Atlas fills in your Word template for the order confirmation, compares two PDF versions of a quote, puts together a briefing every morning and plans the trip to a customer appointment. Everyone has their own account, connects their own AI subscription and hands Atlas work in the browser, over Telegram or on a schedule.
Tasks & runs
Every task is a monitored run
A run starts with your task and ends with a result you check. In between you can see what Atlas is working on at any time, and step in whenever you want.
- Keeps running with the browser closedYou hand over the task in the evening and read the result in the morning. Several runs work in parallel.
- Questions come back with answer buttonsWhen Atlas needs a decision, it asks. You answer with one click, from your phone as well.
- Follow up instead of starting overGive a finished run a follow-up instruction without going back to the beginning.
- Attachments and web pagesYou attach files to the task. Atlas reads web pages with a built-in browser.
- Claude, ChatGPT (Codex) or CursorAtlas works with the AI subscription each person brings along (Bring your own Subscription). You pay the subscription directly to the provider, and Atlas charges nothing for it.
Access
Tasks from your desk, from your phone and by call
What you start with a voice message on the road, you carry on at your desk in Atlas Web.
- Atlas WebHere you see your runs, routines, skills and files, and here you look after the knowledge. Atlas Web comes in German and English, and as an app on your phone. When a run finishes, Atlas sends a notification to your phone and to your computer.
- TelegramText, voice message and attachments, from a group as well. A voice message from the car after a customer appointment is enough to start the work.
- Voice call “Call Atlas”A conversation with Atlas that turns into tasks. Needs your own OpenAI API key; OpenAI bills by usage.
Routines
Recurring work runs on a schedule
A built-in scheduler starts tasks daily, at an interval, or once at a set time.
- The briefing every morningIt is ready before you reach the office. The month-end close starts the same way, and anything long runs overnight.
- Change one without creating it againPausing a routine, triggering it right away or editing it all happen in Atlas Web.
Connections
Atlas works directly in your systems
Everyone connects their own accounts and decides what Atlas may see and do. With Microsoft 365 you grant mail and calendar separately.
- On-prem proxy for your company networkAtlas reaches shared folders on your server or NAS in the office through a small program inside your network. It opens the connection from the inside; you open no port for it.
- Read only by defaultWhoever looks after the machine picks the folders and grants write access. Every access is written to a local log.

Knowledge & files
Atlas knows your company and your templates
On the first start, Atlas runs an opening interview. What it learns there and in later runs feeds into every run after that.
- Knowledge you can see and editEverything Atlas remembers sits in the Knowledge area, personal or for the whole company.
- Input libraryFile your logo, Word templates and guidelines once. After that they are available in every run.
- Results in the Files areaWhatever a run produces waits there to download.
- Tables, charts and 3D models in the historyResults appear where you set the task, graphics included.
Skills
Skills: procedures that run the same way every time
A skill is a work instruction, for example: this is how we fill in the order confirmation. Atlas follows it in every run.

- Describe the procedure, Atlas writes the skillYou dictate the steps the way you would explain them to a new employee.
- Protected company cataloguesInternal skills sit in a protected catalogue belonging to your company, separate from the public one.
- No surprisesInstalled skills are signed and never update themselves unasked.
Team
One instance, one account per person
Everyone in the company works on one instance, each person in their own area. Whoever holds administration invites people and blocks accounts again.
- Invite from an address listEveryone gets their own account with an email address and password.
- Company-wide whatever you want to shareShared knowledge, shared templates and shared credentials sit alongside the personal ones.
- Time saved in hours and francsAfter every run Atlas estimates how much time it saved, and adds hours and francs up in the overview. It stays an estimate. Whether the licence pays for itself is what the calculator on the pricing page shows.

Code lands when you say so
Atlas works on repositories in its own working copy per run, on its own branch.
- Merge only on your clickCode reaches the main project once you click “Merge” in Atlas Web.
- Runs from GitHub issuesAtlas starts from an issue and reports progress there.

The first 250 places: CHF 1'200 per year
Places 1–250 (the “Lifetime” tier) get a permanent 50% off the licence: CHF 1'200 instead of CHF 2'400 per person and year, when you pay annually in advance. That is CHF 100 per month. Places 251–1'000 get 40% in the first year and a permanent 10% after that. Amounts exclude VAT; the AI subscription at Claude, ChatGPT (Codex) or Cursor comes on top.
