Atlas OS does office work in the systems you already have. Mail and calendar in Microsoft 365, files on OneDrive, Google Drive or the server in your own building, customer and invoice data in bexio or smallinvoice. Your company gets its own instance on the EasySystems Marketplace. The instance sits in Switzerland, looked after by us in Oensingen. Inside it every person has an account and connects their own AI subscription with Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.

What Atlas takes on
You describe the job in one sentence, by text or voice message, with an attachment if one is needed. Atlas carries it out as a run you can read along with, and delivers the result as a file or a draft. Checking the substance stays with you.
Atlas reads the mail in your Microsoft 365 mailbox, drafts the reply and proposes three free slots from your calendar. You decide in the task whether the reply goes straight out or stays in the run as a draft.
Both PDF versions go to Atlas. Atlas marks the differences and files a summary as a Word document under Files. You only read the differences.
You put your Word template and your price list into Atlas once. Atlas fills the template with the details from the customer enquiry and files the finished quote as a document.
You dictate what needs doing over Telegram and attach the photos. The run starts, the pictures land in the project folder on OneDrive, and you get word when it is done.
A routine runs on a schedule: the day's appointments and the mail left over from yesterday, as a notification on your phone. You set up further routines the same way.
A small program on a machine in your network (Windows, macOS or Linux) opens individual folders on the server or NAS to Atlas. It needs no open port and no VPN, and out of the box Atlas may only read. Whoever looks after the machine can also open individual folders for writing.
The difference from a chatbot
Atlas works directly in mail, calendar, file storage and invoicing, and shows you for every run what it did.

Pre-Sale terms
A place is for one person and carries a fixed number. You pay the licence yearly in advance, and in return the terms that belong to your number stay.
As long as you pay the licence yearly in advance, the terms of your number apply at every renewal. Places 1–250: CHF 1'200 per year. Places 251–1'000: CHF 1'440 in the first year, then CHF 2'160 instead of CHF 2'400.
The number sets the price tier and never changes. Order 12 places when tier 1–250 still has 8 free, and you get 8 places at the first tier and 4 at the second. You see the split before you place a binding order.
For people who join later you reserve expansion places: a one-off CHF 300 (tier 1–250) or CHF 360 (places 251–1'000), at most half as many as the places you order. An expansion place takes its number straight away, and when you call it up the fee is credited in full against the first yearly invoice. Anyone who never calls one up does not get the money back.
Rollouts start from mid-October 2026, in the order in which orders were paid. Within 10 days of your order EasySystems gets in touch to set the project up, whether or not the payment has arrived. The Atlas OS e-learning is included, and access comes before the rollout.
How it works
You can read the history back at any time, together with the files it produces, and several jobs run at once. When Atlas asks a question, you answer at the press of a button. Following up takes no restart.
On first sign-in Atlas asks you about your company and the way you work, and files the answers as knowledge. The knowledge is visible and editable, personal or company-wide, and every later run starts from it.
Compare documents, fill in Word templates, plan trips, draw CAD parts. Atlas writes its own skills from a description. Your own company catalogue is protected, and a new version arrives only once you approve it.
Who sees what
The administrator of your instance sees which accounts exist, what is being billed and how many runs there have been. The content of a run is visible only to the person themselves; each person authorises their own connections. You set up knowledge and credentials personally or company-wide.
