Atlas OS pricing: CHF 100 instead of CHF 200 per person

Through the order page. The places are numbered in sequence, and the number decides the tier: places 1–250 get a permanent 50%, places 251–1'000 get 40% in the first year and 10% after that. The invoice comes by email with a QR invoice and a payment term of 5 days; only the paid invoice secures the place and the terms. The Pre-Sale closes on 15 November 2026. A Lifetime place costs CHF 1'200 at every renewal, a first-year place CHF 2'160 from the second year. You pay annually in advance in each case.

The monthly plan runs as its own offer alongside the Pre-Sale: CHF 190 per person and month, minimum term 12 months, CHF 2'280 per person in total. The first month is invoiced with the order, monthly after that; the licence is active once the first invoice is paid. It has no place number, so no Pre-Sale discount, and there are no expansion places with it. Order the monthly plan.

Within 10 days of your order EasySystems gets in touch with you to set the project up, whether or not the invoice is already paid. The rollouts start from mid-October 2026, in the order of the paid orders. We name no fixed date per customer beforehand. You get access to the e-learning before your rollout.

No. Everyone connects their own subscription at Claude, ChatGPT (Codex) or Cursor and pays it directly to the provider; we charge nothing for it. Processing by the language model happens at that provider, under their contract with that person.

You do not need Microsoft 365 for it. Atlas has its own accounts with an email address and password. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ownCloud, bexio and further systems are connections that each person grants themselves. A login via Microsoft SSO is planned.

Your instance runs in Switzerland on the EasySystems Marketplace, separate from other customers. The language model runs at the provider of your AI subscription. We conclude a data processing agreement on request (terms and conditions, clause 19 lit. c), and you can ask for your data back at any time (clause 19 lit. d). More on the security page.

No. Administration sees usage and billing: accounts, runs, costs. The content of the runs, the personal knowledge and the personal connections and credentials are seen by that one person only.

Yes, through the on-prem proxy. The small program runs on a machine in your network and releases only the folders you pick. Read access by default; write access is granted by whoever looks after the machine. You open no port for it and need no VPN; a local log shows every access.

Describe a process and Atlas writes a skill from it, for the month-end close, say, or for filling in your Word templates. Customer-specific connections to systems outside the catalogue we build on a time and material basis, quoted in advance.

With Self-Setup you set your instance up yourself; with Basic or Advanced Setup EasySystems does it for you, up to training on site. On the first start each person connects their AI subscription and goes through an opening interview with Atlas that captures the company and the way you work. The e-learning is ready before the rollout.

Administration blocks or removes the account in Atlas by hand. Atlas keeps its own accounts today, so that companies without Microsoft 365 can work with it, and that is why access does not end automatically when someone leaves. The step belongs on your exit checklist. Login via Microsoft 365 is planned; once it is there, a departure in your directory takes effect in Atlas too.
